Our 3rd drop of 2025 has been declassified. Case File 28 is a single origin washed coffee from Nariño Colombia. This coffee immediately stood out to me; strawberries, creamy vanilla, sweet cinnamon. It’s a dense, sweet, clean cup. A perfect representation of what Nariño can do.

DECLASSIFIED FILES
The Green Label has officially been declassified. These will be our rarest single origin coffee releases yet! We got our hands on a Gesha from Ethiopia that has undergone Carbonic Maceration. Carbonic maceration, borrowed from the red wine world, is a fermentation process where whole coffee cherries sit in a CO₂-filled tank, pushing out oxygen and breaking down sugars over days or weeks.
The aroma of coffee has always been a crowd pleaser. We have people walk by our headquarters at the Capitola Mall and double back because the smell of freshly ground/brewed coffee draws them in. Thats why it was a no brainer when we were approached by the Hot Melty Wax crew and asked if we would be open to dropping a collab candle with them.
