Case File 43 - COLOMBIA
Case File 43 comes from an origin that needs no introduction—Colombia. Year after year, Colombia continues to be a powerhouse in specialty coffee, and many of my favorite coffees in the world come from here. There’s a consistency, depth, and clarity that Colombian coffees deliver when they’re done right, and this one is no exception.
This washed coffee from the Huila region is one I’m especially excited about. It’s juicy and expressive, with notes of cherry juice and guava up front, balanced by toffee sweetness and cocoa powder on the finish. It’s vibrant without being overwhelming, clean without being boring—just a really well-structured, satisfying cup. Case File 43 is a great example of why Colombia continues to set the standard and why it will always have a place in our lineup.
