Case File 47 is a beautifully washed lot from Farouth Ceballo, showcasing everything we love about classic Colombian coffee. Rich chocolate, ripe cherry sweetness, and a creamy body create a cup that's comforting, balanced, and endlessly drinkable.
Farouth is our fourth producer from the small mountain community of Monserrate, Huila—a quiet, one-road town that continues to produce some of our favorite coffees. It's proof that exceptional farming and careful processing are all great coffee really needs.
As espresso, expect syrupy chocolate with sweet cherry notes that pair beautifully with milk. As a pour over, the cup opens with vibrant sweetness, juicy cherry, and a smooth chocolate finish.
