Sometimes you just want a coffee that’s incredibly good, incredibly clean, and something you could drink every single morning without ever getting tired of it.
That’s Case File 51.
Around here, I like to call coffees like this daily drivers. They’re the coffees you keep reaching for. The bag that stays next to the grinder. The coffee you make half awake in the morning, brew again in the afternoon, and somehow still look forward to the next day.
Case File 51 is a beautifully clean washed coffee built around dark chocolate, sweet pecan, and orange citrus.
The dark chocolate gives it that deep, familiar backbone. Sweet pecan brings this soft, nutty sweetness through the middle, and just enough orange citrus comes through to brighten everything up and keep the cup from feeling heavy. It’s balanced, clean, sweet, and ridiculously easy to drink.
We love chasing unusual coffees. Wild processes, unexpected flavors, tiny lots that make you stop and wonder what the hell you’re tasting. That’s a huge part of what the Case Files are about.
But there’s also something special about a coffee that doesn’t need to be weird to be exceptional.
Sometimes you need a daily driver.
