Ek-Balam Productores del Jaguar S.C. DE R. L. de C.V. (Ek-Balam) was formed in 2019 with 399 members.They cultivate coffee on farms that average just a few acres in size, small enough for each producer to process their own coffee with their own micro-mill. Ek-Balam provides crucial support to small producers. In particular, the association has helped producers gain access to credit and certifications. Investments for basic infrastructure needs, like road improvements, establishing local warehouses, and operating a dry-mill facility are all coordinated through Ek-Balam, which ensures traceability and quality control throughout the post-harvest process. Their collective efforts have established higher prices and more producer income to support best agricultural practices and improve livelihoods.

Unlike most the coffee you get at the store, we roast within days of shipping it to you. Our coffee is about as fresh as you can buy online.

Do you roast your own coffee?
Yes we roast all of our own coffee. Everything from sourcing, to roasting, to baging is down in house with your team.

How fast is your shipping?
We ship out coffee Monday-Friday and in most cases it is shipped in one business day and will arrive to you a couple days later.

What if I don't like your coffee?
If you try our coffee and don't think it is one of the best coffees you have ever had, then we will happily give you a refund. But we are confident that you will love it.

I only have a normal coffee machine, will it still work with your single origin coffee?
Yes it works great in a coffee machine, but you will need a coffee grinder as we only have whole bean coffee at this point.

Yes any of our coffee will make killer espresso.
